Donna Kampmann

Donna Kampmann joined the Fantasia team in October 2016 as a Fantasia Ambassador. In this role Donna is responsible for educating, partnering and increasing awareness of the depth and breadth of Fantasia’s Hair Restoration Services to the Cancer Community in MN.

Donna is a highly accomplished clinical, sales, marketing and training professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Donna received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and began her career as a Registered Nurse. She then transitioned into the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry where she held a variety of positions.

During her tenure, she successfully launched over 20 newly FDA approved products across a broad spectrum of therapeutic specialties. Of particular note, Donna was instrumental in developing and running the training departments at 3 new start up companies. Donna is certified in Adult Learning, Managed Care Account Strategy, Management Bootcamp, Training Techniques as well as Selling Skills.

In August of 2015 Donna was diagnosed with breast cancer and has just completed active treatment. It was during this difficult time that Donna decided she wanted to do something that empowered others going through the same journey. Of all the cancer treatments, it was the Chemotherapy induced alopecia that Donna struggled with the most. This devastating loss of identity is behind the passion now driving Donna to want to help others.

As a Fantasia Ambassador, Donna will be an adjunct to business development with the specific goal of branding Fantasia’s extensive hair restoration services and expertise to targeted Cancer centers and customers in order to increase awareness, generate sales and referrals, ultimately growing profitability.

Donna has also successfully completed training as a ‘Firefly Guide’ for others going through Breast Cancer treatment. In her leisure time Donna enjoys travel, cooking, reading and most of all spending time with her husband James and beloved dog, Lucy.
